Refund

<p>Two weeks ago I bought and paid in full for items at house & home,including delivery money. When the items were due for delivery I was told that two of the items I paid for were sold out to another customer. I then requested a refund since my paid items were sold by the shop. I was first told to wait until the other items I also bought are delivered because apparently a refund cannot be made if the other items are still not delivered. I then waited as requested. After the other items were delivered I then approached the shop again for a efund but there are sending me from pillar to post. I am still waiting for my refund. </p> <p>The store is house & home Pavillion in Durban. Sales person is Sphiwe Ngcobo. Branch manager is Dayalan Govender. The store number is ********** </p>
