Refund

Bought a fridge there a few weeks back,the sales lady did not tell us that they do not have the fridge in stock,only when the guy I hired to pick it up was told that the fridge was in Bay West mall and is a demo...when I asked for a refund I was told to wait until there is money at the store and was Saturday bare in mind I live 2 hours away from Port Elizabeth only Monday o was told I must come in for the refund they do have the money but the problem is I am at work and I live 2 hours away...did tell them will come Wednesday I get there today I am told there is no money and the customer service is bad!!
