Really bad service

Ok I bought a ps4 by these people I wil never buy or refer any1, due to financial reasons I got behind on my payments so my account is in arrears yes, but its being paid each and every month. I made arrangements with then because im unemployed at the moment but the account is still being paid, there is a woman working there that started her own debt counciling business that took my number and tried bully me in something I can not afford told me she will see me at my house now they are threatening me, and remember the account is still being paid every month all people viewing this stay far far away from them as I wil never ever buy anything there again.
