R30k lounge suite

Oh boy, how I wish I saw these reviews before purchasing a lounge suite from House & Home.

I bought the Buckingham corner suite with recliner and Chase. The recliner is ripped under the arm rest and the back rest in another seat seems to be loose. I sent and email, without receiving any response. Then followed up and was told the matter was escalated to the warehouse manager.

It is 4 days later and nobody contacted me. I paid R30k cash and this is the kind of service I receive. I must just wait until they decide to contact me, because they have my money already, they don't care about the **** they delivered.

I so much regret this purchase and will never buy anything from them again!!!
