queen size bed 152 cm that is damage

I bought a baseset at house and home Roodepoort which was fine for a year and I had problems with the mattress an I got credit from the supply it's been two months waiting for the mattress which is in the store. I paid full delivery prices with interest because it was a account. The damage matter had damage my base it's not my fault that the base got damage .
