Purchased goods using a clear ********** Id Book

At October/November 2014 this store offered a ******** a credit purchase, even though it was very clear that the \customer"is not the same person on the photo of the Id book used to buy goods.<br> <br> I've discovered this at April 2015 through applying for a loan at Capitec Bank and I was informed that due to my bad credit record I don't qualify for the amount needed. When I inquired further I discovered that I have unknown credit accounts with this stores: Price n Pride and Jet and House & Home. I then made means to visit the stores and inquired what info is required from me for them to update their records accordingly and remove my name on the credit bureau and this was what was required ( Affidavit & Id Copy & I made 5 x signatures on a blank white A4 page ). Requested copies and I was informed that the documents submitted was going to be faxed to their ***** department at their head office.<br> <br> I'm very worried the above was not done"
