Property **** by nedbank

My grandparents bought a stand in 1987 fully paid and build the house from scratch and has been living there for years and year, the counsel was hesitant with their tittle deeds and made my grand parents round in circles. Looking into to the matter matter I find that nedback bought the house without my grand parents knowledge and sold it to a property company called Batho Pele property solutions which now it's called Thusanong property solutions. The house was sold with the value of R10. Now we went to nedbank to find out how do they sell a house without the owners consent, they not providing answers. This is why I am filling this complain because it's wrong what they did and they need to answer. Because now the sheriff wants to keep out an old person out of her house, what Nedbank has done is very evil.
