Poor set

On the 29th of November I when to House & Home I purchased a Defy washing machine. No standing in the line because of the great help of the sales rep Itu. The machine was delivered at my house same day actually few ours later which was great. When I got home I realized the defy machine has a manufacturing error I reported it immediately and send pictures. I was told that the new machine will be delivered and this one taken. today it’s the 7th of December, I have not used the machine and I am an a expecting mother who has been using her hands to wash cloths in this rainy weather. Am disappointed honestly in House &Home Can I have the machine by COB today or my refund so I can go to another shop that will assist me
