Poor service/Exploitation

I Rejoice Matena bought couch from House & Home at Welkom Goldfields mall in March 2023 for the amount of 25K. Upon delivery of the couches the 3 seater one had a problem and I asked the saleslady to exchange it and was told that it will be changed. From March untill today the 13/11/2023 it has never been changed. I went to the shop and speak to the manager Yolanda Pretorius and she said to me there's nothing they can do. I must see what to do with the couch hence it's been too long I should have taken the couch back to the shop whereby I have been communicating with the sales lady about the exchange. Now the manager said to me unfortunately she can't help me with anything it's my responsibility to see what to do with the broken couch as she can't deal with old matters. She then said i must either tell the sales lady to take responsibility of the couch.

Now because they got the sale they don't care about exchanging the couch. The Manager you can even see yourself that she is just a bully as she would not even want to give me a chance to express what I feel as I have been talking to them from March untill today.

The level of service is very poor. I'm not happy with the matter and the couch at all. When I see them in my house my heart just bleed. I feel like I'm being taken for granted & House & Home have ****** from me. Because when I ask that the manager call head office she refused.

I feel like should take the couch and go drop them at the shop so they see what to do with them as I don't need them anymore. O don't even sit on them. It's hard being black hence you will always be exploited by the way the manager Pretorius did.
