Poor service & untrained stuff

The treatment that i am receiving from the store and from the complaint department the cannot put me to hold and close my complaint without making sure that i received a proper service. But they did received my money without complain still now i am wasting my money and resources tha should have been used somewhere else but still stuck with their s****s here
