Poor service they don’t care about their customers

It is so sad and tiring what they are doing to me. I bought a bed which has factory fault and house and home Menlyn on sale and paid cash and ask my father to collect the bed in Brits . I informed the manager at House and Home in menlyn and showed him the pictures and he send them to warehouse and later on they called to go and choose another bed ,I went and paid the difference now when I am expecting then to deliver the bed they says it is on my fathers name,how is that possible ,who changed or gave them the permission to change into my fathers name and my father has now passed on in January ,I submitted death certificate and all the avidavity now they want letter of execution from us,imagine for their mistakes ,I am ****ed
