Poor Service OK furniture

Good morning I am currently at OK furniture in Senwabarwana/Buchum plaza to buy my mom a microwave that she saw on Friday 21 March. When we were about to make payment for the microwave Khudjo the sales person who is assisting us told us about the insurance and made it like we can't buy a microwave without insurance then we told him we do not need insurance because we do have a home content insurance at home. He then said we need to buy a surge plug then cause the sale need to have 2 items in order for it be processed. Then we say but we only budgeted for the microwave only as also we do have that kind of plugs at home. He continued to say he won't be able to sell us the microwave as the store manager is not in the store at the moment as hes gone to stock room at Dendrond and he is also not supposed to be able to call him for authorisation as he's not allowed. We asked for the managers number he said it's not allowed. We were left frustrated about a simple purchase. How do you loose a 2k sales for R270 plug? What turns me off is the fact that I explained that we are in a hurry as we need to drive to Johannesburg can't he call his manager but all fell into deaf ears. I am very disappointed about the poor service we received as my mother saved for months to make this purchase. I waited for for 2 hours for the manager to come back and do the transaction for only the microwave.

OK Furniture please fix your poor customer service.

I will never buy anything from OK furniture in future..

Thank you..
