Poor Service I m really not happy with the Service not shopping there anymore.

i bought a lounge suite from house n home green-acres its within a year .there are some manufactured defaults they agree to fix but its been 4 weeks now and still not resolved yet .now they want to use some random upholstery in Gelvandale to fix it but there police state that it must be sent to agents in Sandton JHB.

the store manager must go back to the basics and learn how to speak to customers telling me his the store managers and not a small child . according to him they always use the guy from gelvandale .
