Poor service House and Home

I bought a lounge suite at House and home in South Coast Mall on 15/05/2021, it was ten delivered a week later. When i was checking it, I found that the 3 seater had broken leg and was tone, I then I advised Snethemba (my sales lady), she advised me to send them an email and I did, I kept on calling them as Snethemba did not call me as per her promise for several times, I then I asked the manager (Eric) who promised to resolve my query asap and claimed to know nothing about it. Four days later Snethemba called me advising that my 3 seater had been delivered but it still had some issues, so the correct one would be delivered after 30 June or before 15 July 2021, till today I have never heard from anyone from House and Home, my query is now 62days after paying over R36000. 00 in cash, if you want poor, unprofessional, **** service and value for your money, do not go to HOUSE AND HOME especially South Coast Mall.
