Poor service From Pavalion staff and poor Quality of furniture

I am absolutely annoyed by house and home. very poor service from house and home pavilion. Guys I spent R16000 to buy couches to only last me 4 months. I called and reported for the couches to be fetched. for a good 3 to 4 weeks I was constantly calling and fighting with the guys and customer service. eventually, they fetch the broken couch... still no communication if they will replace the couch or if the broken one can be fixed, at least let the customer know about the progress of their item. I actually really feel like just taking your couches back and refunding me really. I cannot spend R16000 on couches only for them to last 4 months. I don't want broken fixed couches at R16000. might be little money to you but I worked so hard to save that money, and I really thought I was buying quality. not even 5 years later 4 months i mean come on
