Poor service from House and Home Rustenburg

Hi my name is Shonisani Caroline Radiile

I bought washing machine on the 06/04/2021 it was not working i went to the to report they told me that they will send someone to come collect the washing machine and they didn’t, so the filling day I took the washing machine back to the shop I wanted my money back.

They told me they don’t have cash They will phone me the following day and they didn’t call so I went back to the shop they still telling me they don’t have cash Today is the 25/04/2021 I’m still waiting for my money the service is very bad in Rustenburg House&Home
