Poor service delivery

We bought couches from the store and after a week the other two couches had a problem , when you sit on them its like you will fall and the other one is torne. We reported the faults to the store and they said they will log a call and untill today we are still waiting on them. Its two months now and they are being damaged even more. They are quick when you buy but poor on responding to complains.
