Poor service delivery and empty promises to customers

Worst customer service . Bought a bed at House and Home Festival Mall om Tuesday and they promised delivery within 2 to 3 days, its been a week and i still haven't received it. When i go and enquire about the delivery they tell me its coming but no definate answer. They make promises once you pay you on your own.
