Poor service delivery.

I bought couches worth R20000 a year ago at house & home, only to find out I was throwing away my money. When the couches got delivered they already had defects even the people that was assembling them assembled them skew, when we told them that the couches doesn’t look right they told us that we don’t know expensive stuff. 2 months down the line we try to contact the Wonderboom branch their fone rang un-answered until I decided to go home (Pretoria) form Cape Town and when I went to the branch they organised to take the couches to get them fixed, when they brought the couches back they were even worse than when they took them, when I complain about it they say the warranty is finished. Are we selling quality or quantity cause even a home couch can last up to 4 years but house & home couch doesn’t even last a year!
