Poor service

Bought tv at house and home bloemfontein and person who assisted never gave full info and they didn't give me what I was looking for then I called them they said I must come for refund I went in the manager told me about they must obtain credit from jvc and I must wait for 7 days till jvc gave credit I didn't buy from jvc how come they tell me about their internal process what a poor service so I don't have tv because of poor expalination
