Poor service, Bad product

House and Home Fleurdal, Bloemfontein. I went to the store with the aim of buying a double bed. Lolo then told me to buy a queen size bed as it was on special. On delivery a wrong bed was delivered, in my absence. I later on realised that a wrong bed was delivered. I went back to Lolo, who then explained that a wrong price was put od the wrong bed. A fact she realised after delivery. Why did Lolo not call me to notify me? Now that ugly is sinking in, 2 months later. She tell me to send her pictures, but she can't promise me anything. She dismissed me by saying I must call her as she had to go to the bathroom. She did not even give me a chance to complain about the ugly couch they had delivered
