POOR SERVICE

On the 22nd of December 2019 I lay-byed the Mason wall unit from the Highveld Mall branch in Witbank. And on the 24th of January 2020 I went to pay the balance plus delivery, I was promised that my wall unit will be delivered on Monday since it was a Friday. On Monday they did not deliver, I called the sales lady on Tuesday and she promised me that they will deliver before Wednesday. Then Wednesday came still nothing, later that day I sent a message to the their head office and Thursday afternoon the branch manager called me and told me that their warehouse only has 2 wall units and they are damaged but he'll outsoure and call me before the end of the day. Today it's Friday a week later and I'm told to wait till Monday AGAIN. If they had no stock why did they let me buy it.
