Poor service @ House n home pavillion

I labyb a tv in house and home westville pavilion than i did tell them my contract was terminated then they said i should bring my papers to be refunded my money i did all the process from Saturday.....till now am the one who is doing follow ups when i asked about my money i called them the said they don't have any money in the shop to refund me back the will tell me when they have it.

Then i asked when cause days are going they said the don't know when the will give the money

Am very disappointed with house and home in pavilion they have a poor service.
