Poor service and poor quality

Poor customer service and poor quality. Bought lounge suite in December 2018 by March 2019 lounge was not in good order. Emails were sent and they dragged my complaint until goods were 6 months old and I was told sorry we can't help you as if it my fault that someone did not do their job I reported the lounge suite when it was 3 months old
