Poor service and customer assistance

<p>We bought a Defy stove and oven cash at House & Home in Rustenburg. When we took it out of its packaging it was damaged and they gave us the wrong stove. I took off from work to go and exchange it. They told me I must pay R350 in as the other stove was more expensive. I have waited 2 hours for them to assist me so that I can pay. When they said I can go and pay AFTER 2 HOURS they told me I can not pay, my husband must do it. I was late for work already and had no choice but to leave and all that the manager could told me is sorry. My husband went the afternoon to fetch the stove and waited again for 30 minutes. When we got home there was no cables in the box. I am busy renovating my house and wanted to buy a lot of my home ware at House & Home, but they will not see me again. Can not believe I have waited for 2 hours for nothing. Poorest service ever!!! </p>
