Poor service

I laybuy the table last year,i went to the store this year to check if i can finish my laybuy they told me no its canceled no contact to inform me that the laybuy is cancel and now they are charging me cancelation fees which is not even mention on their contract.i asked where is the cancelation fees on my contract they said its on their system not on my contact and how the hell am i supposed to know their system.if you are going to charge client it must be on the contract and it must be clear that you are charging client 1% of the cost of the product or of the contribution
