Poor service

Poor service received from the store, non delivery of the washing machine which has been purchased & no communication on when delivery will take place. The sales agent, Sane & her manager, Pretty, have done nothing to assist or provide an update on our order. This is the most useless service that I have received from the store - House & home Arbor Crossing
