Poor service

Bought a Defy tumble dryer 29/10/2022 @ House & Home East London. Stop working in April 2023. Defy keep sending someone to fix - still have problems. They don't want to refund me or replace the tumble dryer because it is older than 6 months. Will definitely avoid buying any Defy product or shopping at House & Home in the future. Review title
