Poor service

The house and home in Greenacres delivered goods (Greencoil 183cm base set) in a poor condition. I logged the items to be exchanged on Monday 27 March, however, Ms Mshweshwe, the saleswoman has been giving me a run around. I always call, she never calls to update me about the delivery date. Everyday I call and she would say that the goods will be delivered and that’s all. I decided to call the warehouse and the stock controller informed me that Greenacres branch has to log the exchange on the system. That has not been done yet.
