POOR SERVICE

Yesterday Sunday 27 July 2025 we went to house and home to look at dining room suites. On arrival at the store we were shown multiple suites that were on sale. We agreed on the selected suite and paid for it. Today Monday 28 July we contacted the sales person to reschedule the delivery and she said that the item was already assembled and was already scratched. We asked for a replacement to be delivered then assembled to which she rep**** that they were out of stock and offered us the floor demo at a further discount and to cover any damage with a table cloth. We are paying for something brand new , so we have now asked for a refund. Poor service on their part and not be forthcoming about what's in stock. The store is house and home gateway. Never again will I support this store.
