Poor service

I bought a LG ARX 10 sound system in April 2022, now the DVD player doesn't work anymore I didn't even use it so I tried to report it the lady I was talking to on the phone told me to wait for her call its been a month now since I've waited for her!!! What a poor service for a whole lot of money I'm disappointed 😞
