Poor service

I bought a R15000 Hisense double door fridge last year November and end of November this year one of the door on the freezer side couldn't close at all making the freezer not working. I went to witbank house and home to report it several times but they are not helping me to get the problem sorted. I didn't even have a freezer to put food for Christmas for my children.
