Poor Service

<p>Was so disappointed by the service i received from House & Home Forest Hill. My wife bought a coffee table from that shop, they forgot to tell us they dont assemble(FINE i forgave the saleslady), but after my wife asked the delivery guys to assist with assembling the piece before they left, just the response they gave her was out of this world. I called the branch to assist on that and they promised to c all me back, up untill now they havent. FIne. Well i got home, opened the boxes to assemble the table myself then realised one piece is missing from the box. I called the store and guess what(Donald) they told me, that my wife can bring the table to the shop so that they assist with assembling. This is a table we are talking about and a pregnant wife is supposed to carry it to store to get it assembled. Then i told him its crazy, told him what am missing and asked him to deliver that missing part. Till now i havent received feedback. I think its best to ask for my refund back</p>
