POOR SERVICE

I have been a loyal client since 2010, have bought items for my house at least 4 times on account and every time seems to get a little worse.

We have an AMAZING Sales Person over the years by the name of Unius from the Rooderpoort branch (followed him from his previous Sandton Branch), but I'm sure even he has chalelnges to make themagic he used to.

On the last order, 3 - 4 weeks agom we got;

Gas Stove Microwave Laptop Washcng Machine

First 2 items, no issues - where as advertsised and collected.

1. We got the laptop which was supposed to be new but when switch on, it had another persons profile loaded already. Took it back a lady with nbad attitude frreceivd it at the store. This is my husbands primary tool for work but the lady did not care and asked him to come fetch after some days.

2. Waching Machine - we were offered one that had been returned and was in store! We refused this as we are paying for a new product, We were advised to wait some days for the facftory to deliver, its been 3 weeks, no news, no messages, no updates. Called yesterday, promised feedbck yesterday still on where this is...still nothing as I type this. Getting hold of our sales preson has also become a chalenge.
