Poor service

<p>I bought a bed at house&home in fourways mall last month but after sleeping on it for 4 weeks its matress is sinking, i went to fourways to inform them about it and one of the male sales person said " i know that brad is not good quality, it doesnt last and it sinks in few months " so my question is why did they sell it to me if it doesnt last and why do thy keep it in a shop, the lady who asisted me said i have to put more money and choose another brand because if i take refund it will affect her commission. Im so dissapointed in house&home and ill never buy anything from them ever.</p>
