Poor service

In December last year my husband and I bought furniture at house and home constancia, amongst the furniture was a lounge suite. This lounge suite is now sagging with practically little cushioning left. I've called twice to have this repaired, even spoke to the branch manager who assured me that the complaints person will contact me shortly to assist, this was 2 weeks ago and to date no call... This is shockingly poor service from a big brand.
