Poor Service

I went to buy a tv stand at House n Home Festival Mall on Friday 7 December which l wanted to present as a wedding gift the following day. Before l made payment i enquired if the unit would fit in my car as l could not afford additional transport charges.l was assured that the unit would fit and l made the purchase in line with that assurance.upon collection the unit could not fit ,l went back to the shop requested a refund and was told,with vusible attitude, that cash up for the day was done and l would have to return the following day after 2pm. The inconvenience and service is appaling and l regret going to the shop in the first place.
