Poor Service

I bought a sound system online order number *** on the 05 October 2024 and received an email that my goods will be delivered on their Westgate outlet and I will receive an email stating that, Today is the 14 October and no email received, When trying to call their helpline I will be taken from post to pillar and the lady who answer my call promised to call me back, and I haven't received any call from them
