Poor quality undisclosed warranty conditions

I bought a couch December 2025 and was given one year warranty, first the armrests started to fall, was taken for repair, now the very same couch is peeling off, and it’s still under warranty, when I call the shop, Krugersdorp branch where I bought it, they tell me that part is not under warranty, that time I only know now that I have a query, something they never explained to me when I was buying. I don’t think anyone with common sense would have bought the couch if the conditions were given before purchase. And I was even advised that I’m actually not the the first client to complain about the same condition of the same couch, meaning this could be a factory fault.
