Poor quality products and bad customer service

Poor quality bed from this store. Bought a sealy bed and within a month the mattress had sunken in/developed a valley. Reported the matter and received a so called new mattress- this second mattress had the same issue as the first one within two weeks of receiving it. The store manager and his staff are giving me the run around, coz I want my money back and going to but elsewhere. Stay away from this store people. They are selling factory fault items.
