Poor quality products

<p>About two years ago we bought new couches from House and home, within the first few months the wooden support at the bottom broke as well as the support on the arm rests gave way making funny dents in our arm rests, we never thought of complaining about this, as my hubby said he would fix the support beam at the bottom. Then suddenly a few months ago someone from House and home phoned us to ask us about the quality of the product and my hubby then informed him of our quality issues, I just need to say that we did not complain or phoned anybody, YOU phoned us! (must have received alot of complaints about this products) the person who phoned then told my hubby he would get back to him, well to now avail we have not heard from anyone again. I just thought that I should say something about the quality, when you buy couches you usually buy a product for 10 plus years... ours is now over two years old and will need to be replaced very soon! dissappointing! wont go to house and home for the replacement thats for sure!</p>
