Poor quality product

I bought an Alpine Leather lounge suite from house & Home Shelly Beach last year April, This unit was an display unit and I was assured by the sales agent that I will not have any problems with it, This set has been in for repairs twice before and now having problems with this unit for the third time, It has been months now and I have dealt with the manager Eric which send through an email to their head office stating that this unit must be credited as I want a credit or a new unit, I was told that a assessor will be going out, but yesterday 11/10/2019 the unit was picked up for repair again after the manager (Eric) and Sales agent (Ben) put it through for a credit.
