Poor quality lounge suite

<p>Paid R15,000 for a 3 piece leather upper suite from Hyper House and Home at Pavilion Mall. Didn't even last a year. Started tearing and was told tears are not covered by guarantee. This was not disclosed upfront and no guarantee wording was provided. When buying, I was told leather upper sections included front parts and the back parts were a leather look alike material. When the tears started and i complained, I was then told the front section is not genuine leather. Only the seat, arm rest and back rest were leather. Very misleading and not forthcoming. Will cost me over R3000 to repiar only the torn parts and only 2 years old. Will never buy furniture or any products from this chain again. No accountability for their poor quality of product.</p>
