poor quality furniture

Got a bed end of July at house & home Started having issues with it in August and reported to Devin and he said he logged a claim for me to receive a new bed which can take up to four weeks since august its now October him and his manager keep on lying The manager is Sebei In Roodepoort

Am not sure if they waiting for the bed to stain and refuse to swap on bases of it being stained, already got an notification of authorization of swap but to date i have been sent pillar to post
