Poor quality bed set purchased from House and Home

We bought a bed set last year at House and Home Cape Gate , after some time we realised that the bed is sagging and terrible to sleep on , we raised a complaint with the store in Cape Gate and a supplier was send out to view and asses the bed, he measured something and rep**** there is nothing wrong with the bed and made remarks which was totally out of line.

After some time without recieving any notification form House and Home we did send them an email again complaining because we cant use the mattress as it is hurting our backs , it is definelty not worthed the R12000 spend for good mattress

Up to date no resolution with regards to the complain, can we please get feedback from the store where we bought the item.
