Poor quality and *********** manager

***********, Rude manager

I bought a Swan Kettle at Rustenburg house & home. The handle and the logo were peeling off. I went to the store with the iterm. As I was about to leave the iterm in store the manager rudely screamed at me that I cannot leave the kettle in store.

I then left it. Went home phoned the supplier on my own who the told me to go back to the store. I then insisted that she make necessary phone calls because I ain't accepting the poor quality product. While awaiting response from head office madam interogated personnel in my presence.

My kettle was replaced the following day. When I ask about my compensation as we agreed she told me to email head office like I did the previous day.

I will never vouch for this store ever again.
