poor qaulity..poor service

I bought couches from festival house and home in march, the original cost was R30000, they were on sale for R22000, I paid cash, after a week the couch was broken and falling off, I called the store to come and fetch it everyday I get one excuse after the other, if you are not prepared to assist me, please bring back my money.
