Poor online shopping customer service!!!

H&H had a good special on a fridge and a washing machine. I ordered online on the 26th Sept 2021. Since then, I have never received any feedback on the progress of my order. Calls keep on ringing. I have been on multiple calls for hours without any assistance. This is very poor for such a big retailer. They should leave online shopping if they cannot handle it!!!!!
