Poor disgusting service

My mother bought a new fridge in December and early this month it stopped working. She called the Greenacres branch and was told that they will send a technician last week and they didn't come. They sent a message postponing to Tuesday or Wednesday and still they didn't come. The service is poor and disgusting, our food got rotten and they won't compansate and am sure they don't care.
