Poor delivery services on their word.

I have purchase a couch 2 weeks ago and constantly insist that it must be delivered on the 21 March 2023 (today) because it is the only day that I’ll be home. After a follow up visit last weekend to ENSURE that the couch WILL be delivered on that day, the staff ensured me that it will be done. Today, on the delivery dat, after the staff phoned me to confirm delivery, the driver informed me that it will not be done. Pathetic to say the least. Where are the service delivery? What about me asking them to deliver on a specific date? They CONFIRMING the date, and now this!!! I will NEVER buy from them again. Very quick to make the sale, but very poor on service delivery. They will probably not even read this complaint and management will not even look at this.
